EXPERIENCE
Teddy T. Davis has experience litigating complex construction defect, product liability, real estate, and bodily injury matters. Mr. Davis practices in California and Arizona and has successfully represented large groups of homeowners in multi-million dollar complex civil actions. In the course of representing his clients, he drafted motions and appellate briefs that preserved his clients' claims, enforced their right of access to the courts, and allowed them to conduct meaningful discovery. In addition he has handled all aspects of pre-trial discovery and has successfully participated in mediations that resulted in millions of dollars in awards for his clients. Moreover, Mr. Davis has worked on several matters in the California court of appeals, and participated in trial where he examined witnesses and helped formulate trial strategy.
EDUCATION
Mr. Davis earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2002 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Mr. Davis made the Dean's List for the 2001-2002 school year, and volunteered at a tax return preparation assistance program for two semesters. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1999, where he made Dean's List four times.
