Julie A. Simer becomes partner/shareholder of Enterprise Counsel Group

Enterprise Counsel Group, A Law Corporation, is pleased to announce that Julie A. Simer has become a shareholder with the firm. Ms. Simer has extensive experience representing hospitals, health systems, physicians, and health care companies in both California and Arizona. Her area of practice includes managed care, regulatory compliance, contracting, and reimbursement. Julie currently serves on the health law subcommittee of the State Bar of California. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys. Ms. Simer was previously a member of the law department of Tenet Healthcare.
