EXPERIENCE

Ms. Parsons has participated in several merger and acquisition negotiations, representing both buyers and sellers and bringing to close transactions ranging from a few thousand to over 100 million dollars. She has also negotiated and prepared license, service and supply contracts for various companies' day to day operations. Ms. Parsons has also acted as general counsel for a diverse array of companies.

EDUCATION

Ms. Parsons earned her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from the Chapman University School of Law in 2007, graduating second in her class. While at Chapman, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Alex Kozinski of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and participated in the Claremont Institute for Constitutional Jurisprudence Legal Clinic. Ms. Parsons also served as President of the Chapman

Law Federalist Society, Academic Fellow for Civil Procedure and Torts, Board Member of the Chapman Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and on the Executive Board of the Chapman Law Review as Senior Articles Editor. Her Comment, Space Tourism: Regulating Passage to the Happiest Place Off Earth, is published in Chapman Law Review. 9 Chap. L. Rev. 493 (2006).

Ms. Parsons received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Chapman University in 2004. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Parsons served as a certified rape and domestic violence counselor through the Creating A Rape-free Environment for Students (CARES) Program, and presented a paper at the Southern CA-NV Mathematical Association of America Conference in March 2004 entitled "Morphing, Warping, and Singular Value Decomposition through Linear Algebra."

MEMBERSHIPS

Ms. Parsons was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2007 and is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association.
