EXPERIENCE

Ms. Frank externed for Judge Susan M. Speer of the Los Angeles Superior Court, Van Nuys. She also externed with the State Bar of California in its Los Angeles office. Ms. Frank served on the Moot Court Board and as copy editor for the Journal of Juvenile Law and Policy at the University of California , Davis School of Law.

EDUCATION

Ms. Frank earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California , Davis School of Law in 2004. She is a member of Order of the Coif and was honored with two Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence. Ms. Frank graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Southern Methodist University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Spanish.
