EXPERIENCE
Mr. Lewis' practice includes representation of hospitals, hotels, real estate developers, lending institutions, manufacturers, general contractors and other businesses in complex litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Lewis' representative defense victories include an arbitration award on behalf of sellers of manufacturing businesses sued for fraud and breach of contract; summary judgment on behalf of a hotel operator sued for specific performance of a real property purchase agreement; a judgment on behalf of an entertainment/media industry client sued for conversion and unfair competition.
Mr. Lewis' representative plaintiff victories include a unanimous jury award against a corporate president for misuse of corporate funds; summary judgment in a malicious prosecution action against a former opposing attorney and his clients; and a bench judgment, including treble damages, in favor of a landowner for a neighbor's trespass.

PUBLICATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
Mr. Lewis is a member of the Orange County and California Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California as well as the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Lewis is also admitted to the Sixth and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Lewis is Vice President of the Loyola Law School Alumni Association's Board of Governors. Mr. Lewis is also a certified arbitrator for the California Better Business Bureau, Inc. and the Orange County Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program.
