EXPERIENCE
Ms. Na is a real estate and corporate transaction specialist, although she also has experience as a business litigator. Ms. Na’s practice focuses primarily on mergers, acquisitions, project development, financing, commercial and industrial leases, sales and disposition. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Na was an associate in the corporate department of McDermott Will & Emery.
Ms. Na’s representative clients include real estate developers, lenders, investors, landlords and tenants. She has experience forming joint ventures, limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations. Ms. Na regularly negotiates and documents commercial leases and agreements to acquire, develop and dispose of commercial real property including vacant land, hotels, hospitals, office, retail and mixed-use buildings. Ms. Na represented a major healthcare corporation in an $89 million sale of medical centers in Southern California.
Ms. Na regularly counsels clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters including, but not limited to, entity formation, vendor and human resource relations, corporate governance, regulatory and disclosure issues.
EDUCATION
Ms. Na received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2007 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Ms. Na served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Suzanne H. Segal, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Central District of California. She was also the Chief Note & Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and published an article on the subject of constitutional law and criminal procedure.
